We have a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you cancel or change your appointment within this period this will result in loss of deposit. Read full cancellation policy here.
- A skin test is required by UK law 48 hours prior to an appointment for EVERYONE who has not had a colour service with us or not had a colour with us in 6 months.
- Clients must be over 16 for any chemical service’s.
